I've decided to rate Source mods and other PC related games whenever I can. If after you read this you have advice for futurereviews please feel free to do so and please tell anyone you can about this. Ive wanted to review for awhile but havnt had time till now.

Its FRIGGIN awsome!

This is a Source mod that requires HL2 and HL2:DM. Started out as an Unreal Tournament Mod but about 5 years ago it was decided to convert it to the Source engine.

And thus a gift from the gods was born. Adding new elements to the FPS genre as well as drawing its inspiration from 'Ghost in the Shell' this mod has blown me away and kept me busy for hours on end.

I give this mod:

A 10/10 for Design. The levels are all fantastic. Each level is constructed from scratch. Every detail has been painstakingly thought thru and refined until you are transported to a futuristic world that will leave your jaw agape throughout gameplay.
A 8/10 for Originality. This mod adds plenty of new things while still making the game feel like a relaxed CS. Unlike in CS, you can't just rush in guns blazing and expect to come out alive. Teamwork is key! This game also incorporates a lean function for looking around barriers and corners in order to present less of a target to the enemy. This function is relatively new for most Source mods.

There are two teams, Jinrai and the NSF, and each has access to three classes, all with a special 'vision' mode.

1. The Recon class is the fastest and can sprint as long as you want as well as using its 'cloak' ability the longest. It has a special 'long jump' ability for crossing distances quick or leaping gaps. The recon has access to night vision which is helpful in darkened spaces found on all maps.

2. The Support class is the tank of the game. The support uses smoke grenades that it can see thru using its heat vision as well as being the most damage resistant of the three classes. The support is the slowest class but has access to more powerful weaponry earlier in the game.

3. The Assault class bridges the Support and the Recon. Having a limited sprint and cloak as well as a frag grenade and motion vision, this is one of the most used classes in the game.

All in all this mod gets an A. Its design is breathtaking and the forced teamwork is a great way to keep the game fun for all.
